Who is Hyacine in Honkai Star Rail
Hyacine, aka Physician Hyacinthia, aka Healer of the Twilight Courtyard, is a Chrysos Heir who guards the Sky Coreflame.
As for players who don’t know what Chrysos Heirs are, it is a group with great power who rose as the saviors after the Titans of Amphoreus fell.
She was introduced in the game with the version 2.6 update and is now finally revealed as an upcoming playable character.
Honkai Star Rail Hyacine’s release date
On March 25, 2025, developers HoYoverse revealed Hyacine as the next-in-line character to be released in the game.
She will make her debut in the Honkai Star Rail 3.3 update, which will be released on May 23, 2025.
That said, as per the available information, Hyacine will be released in the first half of the update, with the other new character, Cipher, releasing in the second half.

Hyacine’s Japanese VA is Hina Yomiya, a veteran VA who has voiced characters like Nodoka Yagi in “Selection Project,” Shinju Inui in “My Dress-Up Darling,” and Anna Yamada in “The Dangers in My Heart.”
Her Korean VA is Kim Yeon-woo, with her Chinese VA being Jing Chen.
The English VA for Hyacine has not yet been revealed.
