The Burning Flames is a Magic-type spell in the game that requires three Skyborn Might to cast.
It deals fire damage while also inflicting 30 Burn status, making it a great magic against enemies who are weak to fire, like the Treants and the Doomwillow Beach boss.
Lore-wise, it is the same magic that people used to burn Lu Hongliu’s house, leading to the optional boss fight to get the White Jade Dumpling and other key items.

Wuchang Fallen Feathers Burning Flames spell location
You can find the Burning Flames spell at Doomwillow Beach.
To get the spell, you must defeat an elite enemy found near the Doomwillow Shrine, provided you have unlocked the shortcut path on the left side.

From the Doomwillow Beach Shrine, take the path on the left side.
Go through the fallen tree shortcut.
Drop down and head straight to the ladder in front of you.
Climb up the ladder and go through the burned path.
You will eventually find the elite enemy. Defeat him to get the Burning Flames spell.

If you haven’t yet unlocked the Doomwillow Beach shortcut from the Red-Clad Lady’s location, take the slopy path.
The above screenshot shows the path I am talking about.
Keep going straight, and then take a right as marked in the above screenshot.
On the right side, you will find a ladder.
Use it.
Right when you reach the top, look to your right, and you will find the tree that you can attack to make it fall and unlock the Doomwillow Beach shortcut.
