The Slasher event is now live in Fallout 76, and with it comes a brand-new plan for the Pint-Sized Phantom outfit that lets players craft a Slasher-inspired look.

How to get the Pint-Sized Phantom Outfit plans in FO76
In FO76, you can get the Pint-Sized Phantom Outfit Plans by completing The Slasher event Phase 1 quest, The Slasher: Masked Truth.
While doing the quest, collecting 10 Pint-Sized Slasher Masks also unlocks the new Player Title: Laughing.
Once you have the plans, learn it via the New tab.
Crafting the Pint-Sized Phantom Outfit
To craft the new Slasher-inspired Pint-Sized Phantom Outfit, head to any Armor Workbench and interact with it.
Select the Outfits option.
Navigate to the Pint-Sized Phantom Outfit and craft it using Cloth x5.
