For players who don’t know, the Pint-Sized Phantoms are a nuanced version of existing enemies added to the game with the new The Slasher event.
Unlike the Pint-Sized Slasher Masks you need for the The Slasher: Masked Truth quest, the Pint-Sized Phantoms are required to complete the dailies and weeklies, which generally involve defeating a certain number of them.
With that said, here are some of the best Pint-Sized Phantom spawn locations, farming spots, and methods I use in FO76.

Here are some of the spawn locations:
Pint-Sized Phantom spawn location 1
The first spawn location for Pint-Sized Phantoms is the Tyler County Fairgrounds found at the player icon location above.
You can find them all around the area.
Defeat them.
Pint-Sized Phantom spawn location 2
The second spawn location for Pint-Sized Phantoms is the Groves Family Cabin.
I usually find one to two Pint-Sized Phantoms here.

The third Pint-Sized Phantom spawn is the Alpine River Cabins.
Head to the main cabins area once you spawn.
Take out the Pint-Sized Phantom.

The fourth spawn is Bailey Family Cabin, found at the player icon location above.
In this spot too, I usually find one to two Pint-Sized Phantoms.
Best Pint-Sized Phantoms farming spot and method
The best location to farm Pint-Sized Phantoms is the Tyler County Fairgrounds, where you can find 8 to 12 Pint-Sized Phantoms.
Alpine River Cabins is another great spot, where you can find four to five Pint-Sized Phantoms.
As for the method, it’s server hopping.
Once you are done farming the Pint-Sized Phantoms, quit to the main menu and hop back in.
Repeat this method until you defeat enough to complete the daily and weekly.
