Right when you arrive at the Carnival Garden area in Overture DLC, near the Stargazer, you will find an NPC named Rosaura.
When you talk to her, she asks you to find her shoes that she dropped somewhere so that she can be free and easily head to the Rose Estate.
To progress her questline, players must find and hand Rose Shoes to Rosaura.
Moreover, to progress further in the main story, players must also find the Zoo Tram Station Key.

Where to find Zoo Tram Station Key in Lies of P Overture DLC
To find the Zoo Tram Station Key, teleport to the Carnival Garden Stargazer and follow the straight path from the main entrance.
Make your way towards the Ferris Wheel ride.
Stand near the ride and get in the compartment with the open door.
Stand near the edge and make a jump once you are near the wooden platform as you see in the above screenshot.
Follow the path. Beware of the ambush. There are around three marionette-type enemies.
Once you defeat them, go near the dead body.
You will find a glowing item on it.
Interact with it to get the Zoo Tram Station Key.

Where to find Rosaura’s shoes in Lies of P Overture DLC
You can find Rosaura’s Shoes inside a chest found in the horse ride in the Carnival Garden Area.
From the Zoo Tram Station Key’s location, drop down to the horse ride’s roof.
Stick to the right side and keep moving. You will find a hole from where you can drop down.
Once you are inside the horse ride, avoid the horses and make your way to the chest.
Open the chest and collect the Rose Shoes.
Go to the other side of the ride to find an opening from where you can drop down.
Now head back to the Carnival Garden Stargazer and talk to Rosaura.
Select the dialogue, “Give her the Rose Shoes.”
Exhaust her dialogues.
Doing so will progress Rosaura’s questline and will reward you with Rosaura’s Treasure: Piece of a Drawing key item and Lisrim music record that you can play inside Hotel Krat.
