Whether you want to trade Windward Aloe or Fine Windward Aloe to get Kunafa Cheese from the Kunafa trader at Wingsong Village or want to collect them for region Points or any other reasons, my guide on Monster Hunter Wilds Windward and Fine Windward Aloe locations and best farming spots will come in handy.

Windward Aloe is a tradeable item in the game that you can trade with a particular NPC to get the Kunafa Cheese ingredient.

You can use the Kunafa Cheese while cooking to prolong the effects of any food item.

That said, based on your progress in the game, there are certain plants that you can harvest to get the Windward Aloe.

But sadly, while their locations do appear on the game’s map, the name is not Windward Aloe.

As a result, many players find it hard to obtain Windward Aloe or its higher variant, Fine Windward Aloe.

If you are one such player, keep reading my guide as I explain how you can get both Fine and regular Windward Aloe in Monster Hunter Wilds, how to trade it, and the best farming spots for it.

How to get Windward Aloe and Fine Windward Aloe

In Monster Hunter Wilds, you can get Windward Aloe by harvesting the Windward Succulent plants found in the Windward Plains region.

The plants spawn on the map at fixed locations until a certain point in the main story.

As for when they start spawning, it is once you complete the main story quest, Chapter 1-4 “A Hunter’s Pride.”

Assuming you have already completed the said quest, you can open your map and look for Windward Succulent.

As for how to get the Fine Windward Aloe, all you have to do is progress through the main story until the second storm in the Windward Plains is over.

The spawn location for the Windward Succulent slightly changes after that.

And when you harvest them, instead of the regular Windward Aloe, you get Fine Windward Aloe.

Collect them to get Windward Aloe.
