Where to find Purgeblood Salts in Oblivion Remastered
You can find the Purgeblood Salts item inside the Purgeblood Crystal Formation found in the room with the Font of Renewal altar inside the Deepscorn Hollow housing.
Thankfully, you don’t need to progress and complete the Deepscorn Hollow housing quest to obtain the Purgeblood Salts.

For players who don’t know where you find Deepscorn Hollow, it is located on the southern shores of the Blackwood region.
The above screenshot shares the exact location where you can find it.
If you haven’t unlocked the location, teleport to the Five Riders Stables found in the Blackwood region.
From there, you can make your way towards the coast where Deepscorn Hollow is located.
Dive underwater at the above-marked spot.
Use the wooden door to access the Deepscorn Hollow.
Once you are inside the housing, from the garden area, take the path on the left side to enter the Cloister.
After you enter the Cloister area, you must take the path on the left side.
You will arrive at the room with the Font of Renewal in the middle half submerged in water.
Look in the leftmost corner of the room and you will find the Purgeblood Crystal Formation.
Interact with it to find Purgeblood Salts that you can use at the Font of Renewal to cure vampirism.
