How to start the Deepscorn Hollow quest in Oblivion Remastered

To trigger the Deepscorn Hollow side quest in Oblivion Remastered, you must head to the Deepscorn Hollow POI.
Once you are there, the quest will auto-trigger, just like the Frostcrag Spire Mage housing quest.

To get started, teleport to the Five Riders Stables found in the Blackwood region.

From there, make your way towards the coast, at the location I have marked in the above map screenshot.

Once you arrive there, the quest will pop up.

You can head to the Quests section and check out the first objective.
Oblivion Remastered Deepscorn Hollow side quest walkthrough

Assuming you have followed the guide so far and triggered the Deepscorn Hollow quest, the first objective is to find the secret lair.
Go near the dilapidated structure that you see in the above screenshot.

Swim the exact area where my character is in the above screenshot and dive down.

You will find a big wooden horizontal tree inside the water.
Head inside it and you will find the Wood Door to Deepscorn Hollow.

As soon as you enter Deepscorn Hollow, the quest will update, with the next objective being, “reading a long-forgotten journal.”

You will find the journal on the other side, on the right side, right after you come out of the water.

Read the journal to progress the quest. The new objective now is, “purchasing the restoration plans from Rowley Eardwulf at the Wawnet Inn outside of Imperial City.”

Teleport to the Wawnet Inn.

Head inside and look for Rowley, the Inn Owner.

You will find him sitting near the fireplace, near the stairs. Talk to him.

Use the Barter option and purchase the following items to complete the quest:
- Deepscorn Bedroom Area
- Deepscorn Cattle Cell
- Deepscorn Dark Minion
- Deepscorn Dining Area
- Deepscorn Garden Receipt
- Deepscorn Storage Area
- Deepscorn Study Area
- Vigor of Sithis

Once you purchase all the listed items, you will complete the quest and unlock a secret Greywyn’s Armoire in the bedroom area with a unique Light Armor called Raiment of the Crimson Scar.
Oblivion Remastered Deepscorn Hollow fully upgraded base full walkthrough

Assuming you have completed the Deepscorn Hollow quest, teleport back and head inside the base.

You will find the Dark Minion tending to the plants in the garden area.

Talk to the Dark Minion and select the option, “Murder in the name of Sithis.”
Doing so will send your Dark Minion to hunt down random people for loot and increase your Infamy.

The Dark Minion returns from the hunt after four days.
Once he does, you will get the message, “Your Dark Minion has performed his dark deed. Another soul belongs to Sithis. Your Infamy has increased by X.”

From the garden area, if you head to the room on the right side, you will find your Dark Minions room.

There you will find the Victim’s Chest where your Dark Minion stores the loot from the hunts.
In the Garden area, instead of a right, if you take a sharp left and then another left, you will find the Storage Room.

The left path from the Garden area leads to the Deepscorn Cloister.

Once you are inside the Deepscorn Cloister, you will find three paths.

The left path leads to the Font of Renewal where you can turn back to human from Vampire.

The straight path leads to the Holding Cells area where you can find a prisoner with infinite health.
You can use it to increase your offensive skills and also to feed.

If you take the right path, you will find across the above area with two paths.

The left path leads to the outside via the Trap Door to Topal Bay.

The straight path leads to the Deepscorn Bastion area.

When you enter the Deepscorn Bastion, you will find yourself in the dining room with three paths.

The left path leads to the Study Room where you can find spells, skill books, etc.

The path on the right side leads to the Sleeping Coffin, aka the bedroom area.

Left of the coffin, you will find the Greywyn’s Armoire which I mentioned earlier.

Inside it, you will find the unique Light Armor, Raiment of the Crimson Scar that comes with the best effects for a Thief or Assassin build.

The straight path from the Dining Room leads to the Deepscorn Shrine.

Follow the stairs towards the shrine.

Near the falling water, you will find the Greywyn’s Final Cache that holds some great Rings and Gemstones.

In the Shrine, you will find Ichor Basin where you can use the Ichor of Sithis to get buffs.

On the foot of the shrine statue, you will find an Unusual Box with the Crimson Eviscerator dagger.
