The Key Card in question drops from a special Zombie in the Reckoning map called the Geneticist.

How to spawn the Geneticist in the Reckoning map and get Key Card in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To spawn the Geneticist, all you must do is make your way to the T1 Mutant Research Test Area, the same room where you find the periodic table puzzle.
Once you are, take out a few zombies and progress through the rounds.
If you stay in the area, the Geneticist zombie will spawn, as you can see in the above screenshot.
I have managed to spawn him as early as round 7.
And in the above screenshot, you can see I was in Round 11 when he spawned.
Rest assured, just stay in the T1 Mutant Research Area, and he will spawn.
Once he spawns, take him out to get the Key Card as a drop.
Where to use the Key Card in the Reckoning map in Black Ops 6 Zombies
You can use the Key Card in the same room at the above marked location to unlock a cold storage with the DNA Vial key item.
Make your way towards the above-marked spot.
Left of the door, you will find the storage with a Key Card pannel on it.
Interact with it to unlock the door.
Collect the DNA Vial.
