Just booted Strinova but don’t know which Agent to pick? Don’t worry! I’ve got you covered with my Strinova Agents tier list that ranks all the characters under different tiers while also discussing them in detail.
Strinova is an anime-style competitive tactical shooter game featuring a comprehensive roster of playable characters that fit under the five unique roles or archetypes, whatever you like to call them.
These roles are Sentinel, Duelist, Support, Controller, and Initiator.
That said, it is a 5v5 game, and the Agents you and your team choose will decide how easy and difficult the match is.
That is why knowing which Agents are the best in their respective roles overall is a must.
With that said, here’s my Strinova Agents tier list!
Strinova characters tier list
My Strinova Agents tier list is based on the characters and how good they are at their role.
Another ranking factor is their ability, weapon, effectiveness, and use cases.
Moreover, I also considered things like how easy and hard the Agents are to play while ranking.
Disclaimer
Tier lists are primarily subjective, and some of you might not have the same ranking for the Agents as I have mentioned below.
It is fine! You can share your thoughts in the comments; as I said, this tier list is “my Agents tier list.”
Now, before we move to the tier list, here are the different tiers:
- S tier: The Agents in S tier are relatively easy to play and have some of the most useful skills that really come in handy in different situations. Moreover, they excel in their roles.
- A tier: The Agents in A tier are almost on par with the S-tier characters. They have useful skills but fall short in some areas compared to the S-tier ones.
- B tier: The Agents in the B tier have good abilities but have certain limitations, and they are not as easy to use compared to the A and S tier ones.
- C tier: The Agents in the C tier have abilities that are good at a glance but are very hard to use actively and are somewhat easy to avoid.

Best Sentinel Agent in Strinova
The best Sentinel role Agent in Strinova at the moment is Michele.
From her Kitty Tracer ability that exposes enemies whenever they hit you to Pawtector and Mighty Meowblast auto-target drones, they come in really handy.
The latter also creates a ton of opportunity for you to take the kill or create an opening for a Duelist.
Best Controller Agent in Strinova
When it comes to the best Controller, I find Maddelena to be really useful.
Especially her Pigment Bind skill where she covers the target zone in paint, slowing, string-blocking, and exposing the tracks of traversing enemies.
Meanwhile, the Paint Bubble skill has a massive area coverage, and it helps with string-blocking and exposing the tracks of enemies within.
Moreover, the bubble she casts during her Paint Bubble skill also explodes, dealing additional slow and damage amplification effects against enemies within.
Best Duelist Agent in Strinova
The best Duelist Agent in the game at the moment is Ming, mainly because she can maintain her armor thanks to her passive and other skills while also having supportive skills with slight offensive benefits.
Overall, using her, you can stay in battles longer and greatly help your team win.
That said, here’s a look at Ming’s skills:
Aegis Absorb
Damage from Ming’s firearm or active skill against enemy armor or shields automatically regenerates Ming’s armor.
This passive will also regenerate temporary armor faster during Ming’s ultimate.
Sunder Blast
Ming fires an anti-armor lightning orb that explodes upon reaching its maximum distance, collision with an enemy Superstring, or when the skill is recast, leaving behind a magnetic field that slows all enemy units (including summons) and damages their armor.
Ming gains movement speed within the field.
Shield Surge
Ming’s shots apply a stackable slowing debuff while she gains additional temporary armor.
Damage from Ming’s firearm or active skill against enemy armor extends the duration of the skill and regenerates temporary armor.
Best Support Agent in Strinova
The best Support Agent in Strinova is Celestia.
Her Cosmic Recovery ability automatically regenerates nearby allied characters and her own armor.
On the other hand, her Guardian Star ability allows her to provide more controlled support.
Using it, Celestia can target an allied character with a String Meteor, granting them temporary armor.
The Meteor then returns to Celestia and grants her temporary armor.
A win-win support!
But, the best part of her entire character kit is her ability, Astral Gate, where she can boost her and an ally’s armor while charging an instant teleport to their location.
So, you can teleport to their location no matter where they are.
Moreover, you can also cancel the teleportation by tapping ultimate while charging (without affecting the armor boost).
Best Initiator Agent in Strinova
When it comes to Initiators, I personally think both Lawine and Kanami are hard to use.
Both have excellent skills that can come in handy in many situations.
But if I had to choose one, I would go with Lawine as I think she is the best initiator agent in Strinova.
Why? Because of her skill, Pulse Blade!
When Lawine casts a Pulse Blade at the target area, it creates a magnetic field that exposes enemies within to her and allies.
There are three pulse scans that the blade does before vanishing.
Her Stealth Master ability is also great for closing in gaps without the opponent knowing.
