How to unlock and start Conspiracy Zone Hideout Classified Assignment
In The Division 2, you can unlock the Conspiracy Zone Hideout Classified Assignment by being Level 30 or above with the extra content purchased from the in-game Store.
First of all, open your in-game map and click on the ‘Assignments’ tab.
Select the Lost Agents card. After that, select ‘Conspiracy Zone Hideout’ and track it.
Head to the above player icon location to find the Conspiracy Zone Hideout Classified Assignment entrance.
Scan the entrance.
If you haven’t purchased the content, do so to continue.
Conspiracy Zone Hideout Classified Assignment walkthrough
Here’s an overview and flow of the entire quest:
- Locate the SHD Tech
- Go to the Escape Room
- Go to the Laser Tag Arena
- Unlock the Laser Tag Arena
- Secure the Laser Tag Room
- Find the Escape Room Key
- Go to the Arcade
- Enter the Bowling Alley
- Find the Bowling Alley Key in the Arcade Cabinets
- Destroy the Narcotics Lab
- Activate the Fire Suppression System
- Destroy the Sprinkler Valves
- Defeat Flake
- Collect the Laser Tag backstage key
- Collect the Escape Room Key from the Laser Tag Arena

Go to the Escape Room
The first objective is to head to the Escape Room located on the first floor. Take the stairs in the main area.
Follow the quest market past the Truth Seeker Escape Room.
Once you arrive near the entrance, you will find the gates locked. The key is located within the Laser Tag Arena.
Go to the Laser Tag Arena
Head back to the main area.
The Laser Tag Arena is past the Lunar Tag gate.
Unlocking the Lunar Tag Room
To unlock it, you must interact with the computer found inside the Reception area.
However, the room is locked.
Go to the opposite side of the Reception area and shoot the lock.
After that, go through the reception door.
Interact with the Keyboard to unlock the Lunar Tag room.
After that, follow the quest marker leading to the Laser Tag Arena entrance.
Unlock the Laser Tag Arena
To unlock the Laser Tag Arena door, while standing at the entrance, turn around.
Go past the fallen desk to reach the room on the other side.
Inside the room, you will find a Lever. Pull it.
Doing so will unlock the Laser Tag Arena room. Interact with the door.
Secure the Laser Tag Arena
Defeat all the enemies.
Find the Escape Room Key
The Escape Room Key is inside the Storage Room within the Laser Tag Arena.
Open the Storage Room door by interacting with it.
Head to the room on the other end. The Escape Room Key is on the other side, and the door is locked. You will obtain the key by defeating Flake inside the Bowling area in the Arcade.
Go to the Arcade
Head to the Arcade area.
It is on the first floor. Left of the door leading to the Escape Room.
Secure the Arcade
Defeat all the enemies in the Arcade.
Enter the Bowling Alley
The Bowling Alley door is at the end of the Arcade area.
However, the door is locked.
Find the Bowling Alley key in the Arcade Cabinets
The key to the Bowling Alley is within one of the arcade cabinets found in the Arcade area. Those are electrified.
First, head to the player icon above. Enter the room.
There you will find the ‘We Take’ Audio Log. Collect it.
On your left, you will find a board. Interact with it.
At the exit of the room, you will find the Switch to turn off the power. Do it.
Now search the above arcade cabinet. Head behind it and interact. You will find the key. If it’s not there, search the others. I found it in the above cabinet.
Now, head to the Bowling area door and interact with it.
Destroy the Narcotics Lab
In the Bowling area, you are tasked to destroy the supplies.
To do this, shoot the canisters marked in the screenshot above.
You can find them around the room.
Activate the Fire Suppression system
Now, head behind the counter.
Shoot the circuit to open the door.
Interact with the switch found at the end of the room. Sadly, the fire system will not activate.
Destroy the Sprinkler valves
To manually activate the water sprinklers, shoot the four valves found in the bowling area.
You can find them around the room.
Once done, the boss will spawn.
Defeat Flake
Take out Flake and the remaining Hyenas.
Collect the Laser Tag backstage key
It is a drop from Flake. Collect it.
After that, head to the reception area of the Bowling area. To unlock the door leading to the second Audio Log, shoot the circuit board found on the wall.
Head inside the room and collect the Games audio log.
Note: In the same room, you will find one of the Repair Points required for accessing the Echo room. However, let’s do that part at the end.
Collect the Escape Room Key from the Laser Tag Arena
Head to the Laser Tag Room via the Lunar Tag.
Make your way towards the backstage via the Storage Room.
Unlock the room.
Collect the Escape Room Key.
Go to the Escape Room
Now make your way to the Escape Room. But before that, there’s the third audio log to collect.
Head to the Staff area in the Lunar Tag room.
Shoot the lock at the door.
Head inside the room and turn on the generator.
Now, head to the Briefing room door.
Inside, you will find the ‘Like Candy’ audio log. Collect it.
Now head to the Escape Room and unlock the door.
Complete the Truthseekers Puzzle
Begin the Riddle of Truth
Interact with the Solve Puzzle console.
Fix the Power
In this section, you must power the area. To do that, from the center of the room, turn left.
Go past the Security Room.
The Staff-only room with the Power Console is locked. To unlock it, you need a Fuse.
Head to the first floor of the Escape Room and enter Game Room 4.
Collect the last ‘You’re Twiching’ audio log.
On your left, shoot the wooden planks.
Shoot the lock.
Go through the Staff-Only room door.
Collect the Fuse.
Now head back to the Security room on the floor below.
In the lift-like area, you will find the Fusebok on the wall. Add the Fuse.
Now go through the door that was previously locked.
Turn on the power.
Solve the Riddle of Truth
To solve the Riddle of Truth, note down the facial expression of the statues.
- You will find one right in front of the ‘Solve Puzzle’ console.
- Three more are on the first floor of the Escape Room.
Once you’ve noted them down, look to the opposite side of the statues on the first floor. You will find symbols corresponding to each facial expression.
As you can see in the above screenshot.
The dual key symbol is for the Smiley statue.
The no expression face has the Chalice symbol.
The last hint is right of the stairs leading to the first floor. However, the statue screen is turned off.
To activate it, head to the room behind the wall and interact with the switch.
Now head back. You will notice that the screen now shows an angry-faced statue with the symbol being the Sun.
So, here’s the solution:
- No expression – Chalice
- Sad expression – Moon
- Laughing expression – Dual Keys
- Statue with the gas mask – Sun
Enter the symbols.
Now, head back and interact with the ‘Solve Puzzle’ console.
Retrieve the SHD Tech
Interact with the laptop.
Leave the Mission area
In the same room, you will find the Claw Machine Token. You need three to get the new Backpack Trophy.
Now, head back to the main area.
Take out all the Hyenas. Defeat Salt.
Collect The Claw AR. The new gun. Now, before you exit the mission, there are two things left to do:
- Collecting two more Claw Machine Tokens and using them to unlock the new Backpack Trophy.
- Unlocking the Echo Room.
Claw Machine and unlocking the Echo Room
The Claw Machine is near the stairs in the main area.
You can interact with it. However, as you can see on the ground, “Third Time’s the Charm.”
Which means, you get the MooFO Backpack Trophy on the third attempt.
We can collect the two more Claw Machine Tokens while repairing the switches required for unlocking the Echo Room.
First, head to the Gift Shop opposite the Reception in the main area. Turn off the Generator.
Go around the Gift Shop.
Repair the switch.
Now, head to the center.
Shoot the circuit.
Go around the middle. Repair the Switch.
Now, make your way to the Lunar Tag Storage Room.
The repair switch is inaccessible.
Head inside the Backstage room where you found the Escape Room Key. There, you will find the Water Valve. Interact with it.
Now, head back and repair the console.
Now, head to the Arcade. Here, you will find the two remaining Claw Machine Tokens and the last console that you want to repair.
On the Just Dance 2014 Dancepad, stand and use the Dance emote.
I used the Air Dancer.
Doing so will spawn the Claw Machine Token. Collect it.
Head to the Bowling area.
Make your way towards the last bowling area.
Throw a Grenade at the Bowling Pins.
Doing so will spawn the last Claw Machine Token. Collect it.
Now head to the room near the Reception where you found the Audio Log in the Bowling area.
On the wall, you will find the last console. Repair it.
Head back.
Interact with the Claw Machine.
On your third try, you will get the MooFO Trophy.
Now, head to the Echo Room via the Reception area.
Now, you will be able to Input Code.
Enter the room and interact with the Echo.
And that is it. That will complete everything the assignment has to offer.
