Whether you are looking for Fang Yao’s father, the Shu Silk Scarf, or have already obtained it and now want to know to whom you should give it in Wuchang Fallen Feathers, don’t worry! I’ve got you covered with this guide.

The Shu Silk Scarf is one of the key items in the game associated with one of the NPC quests that you need for the good ending.

And since NPC questlines and endings are missable in Wuchang Fallen Feathers, it is best to do them to ensure your playthrough is not wasted.

Where to find Fang Yao’s father and the Shu Silk Scarf in Wuchang Fallen Feathers

You can find Fang Yao’s father’s dead body at the Hillswatch Village.

It is buried near the path to the shortcut ladder that you take from the area where you get the Coral Bracelet from the Snowfolk enemy for the Hillswatch’s Female Servant quest.

[If you don’t know how to get there, check out the linked guide.]

Left of the path, right before the shortcut ladder, you will see a glowing grave.

When you interact with it, it says:

The Tomb of the Apothecary; it seems you can investigate the loose mound of dirt.

To investigate, open your Emote menu and use the ‘Examine’ emote near the tomb.

Wait for the examine animation to end.

Once done, you will get the Shu Silk Scarf.

To whom should you give the Shu Silk Scarf in Wuchang Fallen Feathers

You have to give the Shu Silk Scarf to Fang Yao at the Cloudspire City that you reach after lowering the drawbridge and defeating the Snowy Passage boss.

Head to the Cloudspire City.

You will spot another Snowfolk knocking one of the houses and asking the folks inside to come out.

Head there and defeat the creep. After that, do a gentle knock on the door. The girls are scared, afterall.

Exhaust Fang Yao’s dialogues.

You will eventually get the option to:

Hand over the Shu Silk Scarf

Give it to her. Let her grieve!

This also progresses Fang Yao’s questline, which you must complete along with a few other NPCs to get the good ending in the game.

That concludes my guide on how to get and use the Shu Silk Scarf in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. If the article helped, please consider buying me a Coffee to help me create more content. You can also share the guide with your friends or leave a comment.
