If you have played Rinascita’s main quest and have spent time with Phoebe, you might already have fallen in love with her character.
She is a gentle lady and an Acolyte of the Order of the Deep!
And if you want to get her, you don’t have to wait long.
Phoebe will debut as a playable Resonator during the version 2.1 update alongside Brant and a Shorekeeper re-run.
