Which Nightfarer is best for solo offline runs in Elden Ring Nightreign? This is one of the questions that many players have. And in this guide, I am going to share my selection of characters for solo play based on my experience so far with the game.
For players who aren’t aware, while Elden Ring Nightreign is built for a 3-player co-op experience, the game also runs offline and you can play it solo.
As a result, many players prefer experiencing the game solo, either because they don’t have any friends to play the game with or are simply tired of matchmaking.
But the issue with solo runs is, that Elden Ring Nightreign is simply not meant to be played solo.
Why? Is it a skill issue? Well! No. That is not the case.
The super fast pace, increased damage from the circle, and other such factors make the experience for solo players a lot more difficult.
Most of the time, you will find yourself running against time from one spot to another to quickly level and gear up.
While the solo experience is daunting, there are some Nightfarers who can make the experience a lot easier compared to others, thanks to their active and passive skills, base stats, stat distribution, and starting gear.
With that said, here are my preferred Nightfarers for solo runs in Elden Ring Nightreign.
The best character for an offline solo run in Elden Ring Nightreign

In Elden Ring Nightreign, among the eight Nightfarers, the best character for an offline solo run is the Executor.
The Executor plays a lot similar to Sekiro, all thanks to his active and passive skills along with the starting gear.

His passive skill, Tenacity, buffs your character’s ATK and Stamina Recovery whenever you recover from Status Ailments.
What makes the Executor the best class for solo runs is his active and ultimate skills.
His active skill is called Cursed Sword. (Yeah, not Mortal Blade even though it gives the same vibes!)
Whenever you use it, you draw the Cursed Sword that can deflect enemies’ attacks, including bosses.
Moreover, upon successful deflections, you get an ATK boost. And that is not it.
The true trump card of the Executor class is his ultimate, Aspects of the Crucible: Beast.
Remember I told you that Executor feels a lot like Sekiro? Well! He is more of a Wolf than Sekiro. Literally!
His ultimate skill allows him to transform into a wolf-like beast, increasing defense and offense.
If you pair the Executor with weapons like Moonveil and others along with the right Relics and Passive Bonuses that you get from gear, Executor is the best class for solo runs. Period.

Apart from the Executor, Wylder and Raider are also great Nightfarers for solo runs.
Wylder in particular as his skills are purely application and offense-based compared to Raider’s.
On that note, I have a great Elden Ring Nightreign class tier list for solo and multiplayer runs where I have discussed every Nightfarer while ranking them. Check it out for more details.
