The Saurian Maurice is back in Borderlands 4! This time around, offering an inventory full of Legendaries unique to each player rather than the same inventory for all players as we saw in the previous game.
Just like before, Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine changes location each week.
And, finding it is more difficult than before, as now we have a massive open world filled with a multitude of POIs, which means a bigger search area.
On top of that, the fact that Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine has camouflage until and unless you are close, there’s a high chance players would struggle to find it.

How to unlock Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine in Borderlands 4
You can unlock Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine by completing the game’s story and progressing through the Ultimate Vault Hunter introductory quest that you get right after it.
For players who don’t know, the last story quest in Borderlands 4 is called Secrets of the Vault.
Right after you complete it, you will find yourself at Moxxi’s Bar in Carcadia Burn, where Lilith will introduce you to the Ultimate Vault Hunter mode.
As a part of it, you learn about Maurice’s Vending Machine.
Where is Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine this week in Borderlands 4
For this week (Dec 18 – Dec 25), Maurice’s Black Market is found at Sandytoes Villa POI in the Coastal Bonescape sub-region of the Fadefields region.
At the above player icon location.
The nearest fast travel point is The Stockroom Order Silo. Teleport there and make your way towards the Sandytoes Villa.
As you approach the Villa, stick to the right side.
You will find a small dock. Head there.
And that is it. That is where Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine is located for this week.

For players who don’t know, once you back out of the machine or buy something, there will be a 45-minute cooldown.
You can check the cooldown status at the bottom left side of the world map under the Weekly Activities section.
Once the cooldown ends, interact with Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine, and you will be able to buy again.
I don’t like items in Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine. How do I reset it?
You can also use co-op. Trade with other players and such things to get your desired Legendary and god roll.
