If you are looking for the best Mothman Egg locations in Fallout 76, this guide has you covered.
Mothman Eggs are a consumable item in FO76 that you can use for Mutations, as an ingredient for dishes like Mothman Egg Omelet, Mutfruit Nougat Heart, etc., and mostly for Daily, Weekly, and Event challenges.
These challenges often include tasks like finding and defeating Canines, Ogua, Assaultron, Floater, etc or finding and eating consumables like Canned Coffee, Cajun Rice & Beans, Imitation Seafood, Blamco Brand Mac and Cheese, InstaMash, etc., with one of them also being collecting Mothman Eggs.
The other challenge associated with the Mothman Egg is a follow-up where you must sell a Mothman Egg to an NPC Vendor. Not to the bots at Train Stations, but an actual NPC.
So, whether you are looking for Mothman Eggs for challenges or other uses, this guide will be handy, as I share the best locations for them in Fallout 76.
Best spawn locations for Mothman Eggs in FO76
Here are the best locations in the game where you can find a ton of Mothman Eggs:
Sacrament
The Sacrament POI is a great place to find a ton of Mothman Eggs. Teleport there.
Once you spawn, head to the main camp. You will find a batch of Mothman Eggs on the ground floor near the altar pointed to by the arrow in the screenshot above. The other batch is at the top altar.
Collect the ones on the ground floor.
Collect the ones at the top altar.
Clancy Manor
The Clancy Manor is yet another great Mothman Egg spawn location in the game. Teleport there.
Once you spawn, head inside the manor. You will find the first spawn in the main room on the ground floor.
The Mothman Eggs are on the walls and on the ground.
The other spawn is in the first-floor room.
Point Pleasant
Point Pleasant is the good old Mothman Egg spawn location. Teleport there. Once you spawn, head to the Mothman Statue.
You will find a ton of Mothman Egg spawns around the statue and the area.
