The Slasher: Secrets to the Grave is the second main quest in The Slasher special seasonal event, following Masked Truth.
In this quest, you must obtain Pint-Sized Maps and use them to find graves where the Slasher has hidden notes and eventually an invite.
So, with that said, here’s my full walkthrough for the quest.
How to unlock the Secrets to the Grave quest
In Fallout 76, to unlock the Secrets to the Grave quest, you must complete the Masked Truth quest while The Slasher event is running.
Secrets to the Grave quest walkthrough
In Fallout 76’s The Slasher: Secrets to the Grave quest, you must complete any Activity or Event to obtain a Pint-Sized Phantoms’ Map.
Except for the Workshop activity and such, any other is fine.
Participate in one and once you complete it, you will obtain your Pint-Sized Phantoms’ Map.
Open your Pip-Boy and view the map via the New tab.
This triggers the Repeatable: Disturbed Grave quest, a sub-part of the Secrets to the Grave quest, which you can use to farm the Salt of the Earth Shotgun.
After viewing the map, open your in-game map. A search area will appear with the objective: Find the Disturbed Grave.
Head to the marked location and look for the Disturbed Grave.
Once you find it, grab the nearby shovel (or use one that you already have and dig the Grave.
Collect the Ritual Pile for rewards. And, to obtain the Note: Our Mission Part – 1.
Doing so will complete the Disturbed Grave quest. But for Secrets to the Grave, you must find three more notes.

- Our Mission: Part III
- Our Mission: Part IV
To do that, you must complete three more activities to obtain more Pint-Sized Phantoms’ Maps. And use them to dig the Disturbed Graves.
Complete any three activities. After each, head to the respective gravesite and dig it to find the note.
Once you have all four, you will get the objective to read ‘Our Mission – Part IV.’ Read it to progress the quest.
Once you are done reading, the note will lead you to Tyler County Fairgrounds.
Teleport there.
Head to the shed and interact with the Smiling Clown.
You will obtain a Holotape ‘Invite Me’ from it. Listen to it.
Once the tape ends, the quest completes.
