As you may already know, Fragpunk is a new 5v5 hero shooter game that features unique characters called Lancers.
Each Lancer is packed with unique skills that govern the playstyle and their general category.
These are Assault, Support, and Control.
That said!
Since the game, even at launch, features a massive roster of Lancers, finding the best one to play as can be challenging.
This is where my Fragpunk tier list comes in handy.
Fragpunk Lancers tier list
The current Fragpunk tier list is based on my time with the game’s closed beta, community preference, and such other factors.
It is by far not the perfect tier list.
But it gives you a general idea of which Lancers stand out among others.
I will be updating the tier list as I play the game and will be adding a lot more details to this guide once Fragpunk is out.
So expect a massive shift in rankings and such things.

S tier

A tier

Best characters to play as in Fragpunk
When it comes to the best characters to play as, while I recommend going for Lancers like Serket, Kismet, Spider, Zephyr, and Jaguar, it would be best if you try out every character on your own.
When it comes to choosing the perfect Lancer to play as, the answer depends on a player-to-player basis.
Yes! There are meta Lancers and general preferences.
But in the end, don’t forget, you are playing a game, and fun always beats “try hard.”
So, go with whichever character you want.
That said, for the sake of the article, I will update the more curated meta Lancers list in this section once I have played Fragpunk enough to talk about it.
