Senedra Forest is the starting area in Hell Is Us filled with multiple locked doors, a few NPCs, hidden treasures, and much more.
The main objective in the area is to solve an Ancient Mechanism puzzle to unlock the door of the ruins to find the Sergeant to get the APC keys to reach Jova Village.
When you head inside the ruins and get past the dial puzzle, right after you get the Twin Axes weapon, you find a locked door.
On the left and right sides of the locked door, you will find a mechanism where you can fit medallion-like items.
The door holds a Glyph called Frightful Ambush that you can use on your weapon to spawn a pool of terror energy.
With that said, here’s where you can find the two medallions and unlock the door in Senedra Forest ruins in Hell Is Us.
How to unlock the locked door within Senedra Forest ruins in Hell Is Us
To unlock the locked door within the Senedra Forest ruins, you need two medallions.
These are:
- Ram Head Medallion Viridian
- Ram Head Medallion Crimson
Once you have the two medallions, you can place the Ram Head Medallion – Viridian on the slot left of the door.
And, the Ram Head Medallion – Crimson in the slot found on the right side of the door.
Once the two medallions are placed, the door will open.
There’s an enemy inside. So be prepared to fight.
Once you defeat the enemy, head inside and interact with the desk.
You will obtain the Queen’s Decree Journal Entry, shedding some light on the game’s setting and lore.
Next to it, you will find a cupboard. Interact with it to get the Glyph – Frightful Ambush.
Frightful Ambush is an offensive Glyph that you can use to deal damage to enemies at the expense of Lymbic Energy.
Where to find Ram Head Medallions in Senedra Forest in Hell Is Us
You can find the two Ram Head Medallions in the Senedra Forest Ruins and the Trench area.
Ram Head Medallion – Viridian location
From the locked door, take the stairs and follow the path.
You will come across a hall with multiple enemies.
Defeat them and take the door in the far end.
Defeat the enemies and go past the door on the right side.
Once again, defeat the enemies and look near the rubble that I have marked in the above screenshot.
On the ground, you will find the Ram Head Medallion – Viridian.
Ram Head Medallion – Crimson location
From the first medallion’s location, take the path on the left side.
Head past the broken wall and keep following the main path.
Defeat the enemy and go past the big door to find Seargent’s dead body holding the APC Key.
Beyond that, you will find the Trenches area. Make your way towards it.
Stick to the left side of the Trenches.
You will come across a save point. Keep following the main path.
Past the trenches, head to the open area that I have marked in the above screenshot.
You will come across a dead body with an item on it.
It is the Ram Head Medallion – Crimson.
