Like the Free Bird trophy in the Echoes of Sekigahara DLC, Not This Time is simple, but some players get stuck because they can’t find a Viper Trap, even though it is almost everywhere around the POIs in Ashoro Foothills.

Unlocking the Not This Time trophy
To unlock the Not This Time trophy in the Echoes of Sekigahara DLC in Ghost of Yotei, you must disarm a Viper Trap.
You can find Viper Traps at almost every POI in the Ashoro Foothills area. However, for the sake of the guide, I have marked two great isolated spots for finding Viper Traps.
The one between Toshibetsu Falls and Blooming Trail is a great location to unlock this trophy, as you also find a Shrine and Charm there. Head there and squeeze through the vines.
In the bushes, you will find multiple Viper Traps. Go near any and Disarm them.
As soon as you do it, you will unlock the Not This Time trophy.
