Near the fountain, you will find the Wandering Merchant NPC.
Talk to him and select the dialogue option, ‘Purchase.’

Where to find Zelator Underground Facility Black Rabbit Hole Key
The second Black Rabbit Hole Key is found on one of the platforms between the Security area and the Coolant Control Room.
Teleport to the Security area Stargazer and make your way towards the edge.

Collect the item at the edge of the platform and you will get the Black Rabbit Hole Key.
Where to find Krat Lighthouse Rabbit Hole Key
In Lies of P Overture DLC, you can find the final Black Rabbit Hole Key on the ground in the Pistris Harbor area.
Teleport to the Stargazer and follow the main path.
Once you use the nearby mechanism to lower the submarine to reach the other side, look on the far right corner.

Black Rabbit Hole in Carnival Garden
The Carnival Garden Black Rabbit Hole is located near the main gate.
There’s a shortcut from the Wandering Merchant’s location that you can unlock to reach there.
Head inside the room on the left of the Wandering Merchant.
You will find a locked door that you can unlock by interacting.
Keep following the straight path and you will arrive at the main entrance of the Carnival Garden area.
Follow the path on the left side of the Clown Knock-Down tent.
At the end of the path, look on the right side and you will find the Gaspard building.
That is the Carnival Garden Black Rabbit Hole.
Interact with the door to use the key to get inside.
Black Rabbit Hole in Eventide Hotel Krat
The Eventide Black Rabbit Hole hideout is located near the Golden Tree.
Once you arrive at the Eventide Hotel Krat, take the main stairs leading to the Golden Tree.
The path is the same as regular Hotel Krat. Right past the hall, you will find the Garden area.
Take the path on the right side in the garden area.
You will find the hideout. Use the Black Rabbit Hole Key to unlock it.

You can obtain the Eventide Krat Hotel Black Rabbit Hole Key by wearing The Eccentric’s Mask and Piercing Death’s Hunting Apparel that you get from the Carnival Garden Black Rabbit Hole.
Black Rabbit Hole – Zealator Underground Facility
Teleport to the Zelator Underground Facility Stargazer.
Take a sharp right and follow the stairs.
Keep moving. On the left side, you will find the Black Rabbit Hole-locked door.
Use the obtained Black Rabbit Hole Key to unlock the door.
Open the safe.
You will find The Eldest’s Gas Mask and Black Death’s Protection Apparel.
When you wear the obtained costume, you will get the Black Rabbit Brotherhood’s Family Photo item.

Assuming you have progressed the game and have unlocked the Krat Lighthouse, take the stairs and head inside the Lighthouse.
