Isles of Abyss is the first major DLC and an ocean-based scenario set in a brand-new location, with new Deviations, Morphed ones, story missions, sea creature-inspired and other bosses, new special areas called Haywire zones, a ship-based building system, and much more.
Unlike the previous Scenarios, which gave us a nuanced version of Nalcott with new game mechanics and the like, Isles of Abyss is a whole different experience.
It is a great entry point for new and returning players, so many are looking forward to trying it out once the servers go live.
But the question is, when? When does Isles of Abyss go live?
When do the Isles of Abyss servers go live in Once Human?
Once Human Isles of Abyss servers will go live on Wednesday, October 21, 4 pm PT, after the version update.
At launch, the game will have six servers. Four for NA and EU regions. These include:
- Isles_Abyss-X0001
- Isles_Abyss-X0002
- Isles_Abyss-X0003
- Isles_Abyss-X0004
When it comes to other regions, such as South America, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, HK, MO, and TW, Isles of Abyss will have only two servers:
- Isles_Abyss-X0001
- Isles_Abyss-X0002
But you don’t have to worry about getting locked out of the new Isles of Abyss DLC due to server capacity, as the devs will expand servers based on player response.

How to access the Isles of Abyss Scenario in Once Human
The Isles of Abyss servers are not available for Sign-Up in advance. So, to access the new Scenario, there are two ways:
The first option is for players who don’t want to exit their current Scenario and for new players who want to start a new character.
To access Isles of Abyss, first complete the new character creation and skip the prologue. After that, go to the Scenario Selection interface, select Other Scenarios -> Isles of Abyss server, and enter to play.
If you have multiple characters, select the switch option and then create a new one if you want.
Meanwhile, if you’re already playing a Scenario that has entered the Rest Period (the Sign Up phase), go to Menu.
After that, select the Scenario option.
Now, go to the Sign Up system to sign up and travel to the Isles of Abyss server.

If you are trying to play the new Scenario with friends, make sure you’re all on the same server.
