Once Human Prismverse’s Clash PvP Scenario has added a bunch of new things and has completely overhauled the Memetic Specializations with the addition of 24 new ones, a nuanced map with faction Strongholds, changed Teleportation Tower locations, and much more.
Among those new additions, we also have new craftable items that, of course, require new items to craft them, such as Anima Fragment, Deviation Fragment, Starlith, and Matterlith.
In this guide, I will discuss how to obtain and farm Starlith in the game and share all the Deviations that drop it.
How to get Starlith in Once Human
In Once Human, you have a chance to obtain Starlith by defeating Elite Deviations while having a Gene Extractor in your backpack.
The drop is based on RNG, but since the Elite Deviations are easy to spawn in the Monoliths, you can get a decent amount in a few hours.

All Deviants that drop Starlith in Once Human
As I mentioned earlier, every Elite Enemy can drop Starlith when defeated. Here’s a list of them:
- Glutton
- Star Walker
- Arbiter
- Rainfall Reaper
- Weather Forecast
- Butcher
- Cervitaur
- Claw Machine
- Ede
- Disciple
- Scorcher

How to farm Starlith in Once Human
The best way to farm Starlith in Once Human Prismverse’s Clash is by doing runs of Monolith of Greed and Blackfell.
These two locations hold multiple Elite Deviations, and they respawn very quickly. You don’t even have to change locations to spawn them.
So, head to Monolith of Greed or Blackfell and defeat all the Elite Deviations.
After that, target Anima Deviations (the ones that are merged with items like the Watchers) to farm Anima Fragment and then the regular ones for Deviation Fragment.
While you are at it, the Elites will have respawned. If not, try moving away from the location and then coming back. However, it may not be required.
How to use Starlith in Once Human
You can use Starlith to craft Lightning Gene and other new recipes you can unlock through the new Legendary Mayfly Memetic Specializations.
