Leviathan is one of the new endgame bosses in Throne and Liberty introduced with the Wilds of Talandre DLC.
It is a level 55 boss that you can fight to get end game equipment and loot like the brand new Tier 2 Leviathan’s Bloodstorm Longbow, Leviathan’s Bladed Tendrils dual blades, etc.

Leviathan boss location
In Throne and Liberty, the Leviathan boss arena is located at the Leviathan’s Next area of the Swamp of Silence sub-region within Talandre.
I have marked the exact location where the boss spawns in the above screenshot.
To reach it, all you have to do is teleport to the Swamp of Silence Waypoint and fly west.

Alternatively, you can also open the Content Schedule menu and directly teleport to the boss.
How to spawn the Leviathan boss
In Throne and Liberty, there are no steps or anything that you fulfill to spawn the Leviathan boss.
The boss automatically spawns during its scheduled time.

You can also check the schedule live by opening the in-game map and pressing the corresponding key or button for “Open Menu.”
You can find the prompt at the bottom right side.
For example, on the PS5, it is the three lines ‘Options’ button.
Once you are in the menu, navigate to the Events tab and scroll through the list to get the spawn time for the Leviathan.
You can also change the schedule time from UTC to your Local Time via the Settings menu.
To do that, open the main menu and click on the ‘Settings’ icon.
Under the Gameplay tab, select Language / Time from the sidebar.
In the Time section, you can switch from UTC to LST (Local Standard Time).
