Mystic Keys are one of the rare items required for opening Mystic Globes that you find around the open world.
You are introduced to Mystic Keys and Mystic Globes during the quest, Mystic Globes and Mystic Portals, followed by Lucky Day, given to you by the NPC named Ariella at the Starlight Observatory at the end of Chapter 3.
However, since it is an Appendix-type quest, many players don’t focus on it, and some might even speed run through it.

How to get Mystic Keys in Throne and Liberty
In Throne and Liberty, you can get Mystic Keys from the Contract Coin Merchant Kail found at Kastleton, near the Operation Plaza.
Kail sells five Mystic Keys each day, each costing you 15 Contract Coins that you obtain from doing Contracts around Solisium.
Alternatively, you get five Mystic Keys for free when you complete Ariella’s quest, Mystic Globes, and Mystic Portals.
You can use one of the keys to complete the Lucky Day Appendix quest.
How to unlock Kail as an NPC vendor
Kail will not be available as a merchant if you have just started the game.
You must progress the game until Chapter 3, “At the Starlight Observatory Ruins.”
During this quest, you will talk to Ilira, the Contract Manager, take on some Contracts, and complete them to obtain Contract Coins.
After that, you will be introduced to the Contract Coin Merchants, making Kail available as a vendor at Kastleton.
Throne and Liberty Mystic Globe locations
The Mystic Globe locations in Throne and Liberty may vary for you. That said, here are a few locations where I found Mystic Globes:

The above are just a few Mystic Globe spawns. At the moment, I don’t know whether Mystic Globes and Mystic Portals are unlimited or have a limit.

How to find Mystic Globes easily in Throne and Liberty
Mystic Globes starts appearing on the mini-map once you have Mystic Keys. So hoard some Mystic Keys and start doing your normal stuff.
May it be doing main story quests, events, exploration, or other things while looking at your mini-map.
You will easily find a ton of Mystic Globes as you simply explore the world while having Mystic Keys.
Also, your Amitois will let you know whenever there is a nearby Mystic Globe or Portal if you are not looking at your mini-map.
Throne and Liberty Mystic Portals locations
There’s no definite spawn location for Mystic Portals in Throne and Liberty. Whenever you open a Mystic Globe using Mystic Key, you have a very low chance of spawning a Mystic Portal nearby.
Whenever a Mystic Portal does spawn, you will get the message, “A Mystic Portal has been detected in X location.”
Thankfully, unlike the Mystic Globe, once a Mystic Portal spawns, the area with the portal will be marked on the map as “Mystic Portal Area.”
Go there in time!
Yes! A Mystic Portal is open for a short time, and you must find and open it within the limit, or else it will disappear.
So go to the area with the Mystic Portal spawn and keep an eye on the mini-map and what your Amitoi says.
The first will show you the location of the Mystic Portal when you are nearby, and the other will tell you that there is a Mystic Portal and will guide you to it.
What do you get from Mystic Globe and Mystic Portals in Throne and Liberty?
The Mystic Globe and Mystic Portal drop a ton of Abyssal Contract Token Points, 100 to be exact, and other rare items like Precious Parchment 20.
I have also seen some players claiming that they got mounts. Maybe they are talking about Morphs, but I haven’t gotten any such thing from the Mystic Globe or Portals yet.
