Whether you are looking for an explanation of what Posture Points do in Windrose or want to learn how to get and increase your Posture, I’ve got you covered with this guide.

For players who don’t know, Posture is one of the hidden attributes in Windrose that you need to understand to improve your Defense.

Unlike the six basic attributes that you can upgrade every time you level up, improving your Posture attribute is different.

In this guide, I have shared everything you need to know about Posture Points in Windrose.

What are Posture Points?

In Windrose, Posture Points are those Shield icons that appear whenever you hold the RMB (Block) button.

Whenever you guard using any weapon, depending on how many Posture Points you have, you can defend incoming attacks.

Once it is depleted, your character will be staggered. So, if you are someone using a melee-based build or any playstyle that requires blocking, improving Posture Points is highly recommended.

Your Posture gradually recovers when you are not in a battle state.

How to get more Posture Points in Windrose?

You can get Posture Points via weapons, armor, consumables, and a few other methods.

For example: The Starwart Greatsword is an early game Rare weapon that directly increases the Posture Points by 1.

As you can see in the screenshot above, when I hold my Saber, my Posture Points are 3.

But as soon as I equip the Starwart Greatsword, the weapon’s passive becomes active and I get an additional Posture Point.

That sums up everything you need to know about Posture Points in Windrose.
