How to unlock the Cherry Arm Patch
In The Division 2, you can unlock the Cherry Arm Patch by finding and activating all 40 Corrupted Paper Lanterns found across the DC map.
When do the Paper Lanterns react?
Each day, until the Cherry Blossom event is live, three Paper Lanterns reactivate daily at 08:00 am UTC.
