Soap is a junk item in Fallout 76 associated with weekly and daily quests.
It can also be used to obtain Oil, a much-needed resource in the game, via scrapping.
However, most of the time, you will find yourself looking for Soap spawn locations to complete the weekly challenge.
For players who don’t know, finding 14 Soap is part of a rotating weekly challenge that you can complete to earn a 1,000 Score.
But the issue is, you won’t be able to find Soap in just any building’s bathroom.
There some some permanent spawn locations that you should know about.
So keep reading as I have listed the best Soap spawn locations in Fallout 76 and also the best farming spot as per my experience.
Fallout 76 Soap locations
Here are some of my favorite Soap spawn locations in the game:
The Whitespring Mall
The Whitespring Mall within the Whitespring Refuge is a great spot to find around seven Soap at one location.
Head to the Whitespring Refuge and make your way down the stairs to enter the Mall area.
Once you are in, take the path on the right side.
Keep moving until you find the Whitespring Spa.
Head inside and go near the bowl on the right side of the room.

Inside, you will find three Soaps. Collect them!
Head towards the back of the Spa and you will find three Suites.
In each Suite, you will find one Soap.
Darling Sister’s Lab
The Darling Sister’s Lab located in the western part of the map is a great Soap spawn location.
Teleport to the Darling Sister’s Lab or go to its location on foot, if you haven’t discovered it yet.
Once you arrive there, take out the enemies.
After that, go to the bathtub found at the marked location.
You will find seven Soap inside the bathtub.

Garrahan Estate
The Garrahan Estate also holds around three to five Soap that you can find on the second and third floor of the building.
Teleport to Garrahan Estate and take the door at the front entrance of the building.
Now use the elevator to reach the second floor.
If you don’t have the keycard, you can perform the camera glitch to enter the lift.

Once you are in the elevator, go to the second floor.
Now, exit the elevator and look on your left.
You will find a room with a bathroom with a Soap on the floor.
Now, make your way to the third floor and to the room marked in the above screenshot.
Go to the bathroom inside the room.
On the floor, you will find two Soaps.
Pylon near New River Gorge Bridge – East
Head to the player icon location as shown in the above map screenshot.
The bathtub found below the pylon holds multiple Soaps but when you collect one, the rest will disappear.
The best farming spots for Soap in Fallout 76
In Fallout 76, the best farming spot for Soap in my opinion is the Darling Sister’s Lab and the Spa within the Whitespring Mall.
Both locations offer around seven Soap, which is 14 in total required for weekly quests and other challenges.
Moreover, the Soap found at these two locations is easy to collect unlike the ones found within Garrahan Estate and other such locations.
In the beginning, the best farming spot for Soap was the bathtub found at the foot of the Pylon located east of New River Gorge Bridge as it offered twenty Soap.
But later, the spawn was patched.
In fact, it has become one of the worst locations to farm Soap.
Why? Because, even if you see two or more Soaps in the bathtub, collecting one will despawn the others.
So at max, with the latest update, you can only get one Soap from there.
