You can get Saber by performing gacha pulls on the Fate Stay Night: Unlimited Bladeworks x Honkai Star Rail collaboration banner using Special Passes.
The collaboration event banner, aka special Character Warp, will go live on July 11, 2025, at 12:00 (server time).
Unlike Archer, whom you can also get for free via the login event, for Saber, you must perform gacha pulls on the collaboration banner.
