In Genhsin Impact, you can find the Blazed Meat Stew recipe inside an Exquisite Chest in front of a camp at Huitztli Hill POI in the Natlan region.
Head to the location I highlighted in the above map screenshot and defeat the nearby enemies. Once you do that, you will get rid of the barrier around the chest.
Afterward, go near the chest and open it to obtain the Blazed Meat Stew recipe and many ingredients and materials as rewards.
Pro tip: When you open the chest, a Yumkasauri will spawn and attack you. So make sure to defeat it and then collect the rewards.
