Just arrived at Moose City Factory? Trying to complete the settlement exploration quest in the game? But don’t know where to find the Mystical Crate or the Armor and Gear Crates? If so, I am here to help you all with my Once Human Moose City Factory Mystical Crate location and settlement walkthrough guide.
Moose City Factory is one of the many new POIs in the Onyx Tundra region that was made accessible with The Way of Winter Scenario.
While Moose City Factory is not as big as Wish Land West or Wishland Eastern Park, finding the Mystical, Weapon, and Gear Crates is challenging, especially the first one.
Moreover, since many players try to complete the settlement quests while they are on the lookout for Mystical Crates to get new Blueprints, getting stuck in the quest is infuriating.
On the same note, no matter how often you write, “Where is the Mystical Crate at Moose City Factory?” in the world chat since it is a new scenario.
There’s a lot of RNG involved when it comes to getting replies!
So, to help players, I prepared this complete walkthrough guide for Once Human Moose City Factory, which shares the locations of all Mystical, Weapon, and Gear Crates, Scenic Viewpoint, and Rift Anchors.
So keep reading!
Once Human Moose City Factory settlement exploration quest walkthrough
Similar to most settlement exploration quests, the Moose City Factory one also tasks players with four objectives. These are:
- Defeat normal enemies (0/12)
- Look for Mystical Crate (0/1)
- Find Weapon and Armor Crates (0/2)
- Activate Rift Anchors (0/1)
Defeating the normal enemies and completing the first objective is very easy, as you will find them around the area.
That said, in addition to the above objective, the Moose City Factory holds a Scenic Viewpoint and some extra Gear Crates that I have also shared.
Now that that’s out of the way, let’s check out where you can find the Mystical Crate and other key things around Moose City Factory.
Hey there
Did I miss anything important? Let me know in the comments! Also, I will be revisiting the location. If I find anything interesting, I will update this guide.
Once Human Moose City Factory Weapon Crate location
Moose City Factory’s Weapon Crate is located at the coordinates 4283, 6061.
The Weapon Crate is inside the building with the big donut sign at the front as you see in the above screenshot.
Head inside, and in the last room, near the conveyor belt, you will find the Weapon Crate.
Note
Be wary of the exploding enemy and your Cold meter.
Once Human Moose City Factory Gear Crate locations
There are three Gear Crates that I found while exploring the Moose City Factory POI in the game.
Gear Crate 1 location
The first Gear Crate is located at the coordinates 4233, 4902.
It is inside the warehouse with The Scorcher Elite Enemy that I highly recommend defeating before collecting the Gear Crate.
I got the Artisan’s Touch Deviant drop from it on the first try!
Moreover, since the new temperature mechanic does damage our equipment, having the said Deviant can come in handy for its utility item.
After defeating The Scorcher and collecting the resources in the room, collect the Gear Crate.
Gear Crate 2 location
The second Gear Crate is located at the coordinates 4188, 4906.
You can find the Gear Crate in the middle of the cylinder-like structures as shown in the above screenshot.
Gear Crate 3 location
The third and last Gear Crate is found in the main Mousse Factory and is at the coordinates 4161, 4956.
Head inside the factory, and you will find the room’s door frozen.
To get rid of it, you must throw a Molotov. If you have one, it’s it’s all good! If not, search the containers nearby, and you will find plenty.
Once the ice is melted, head inside the room.
Interact with the Gear Crate to collect the rewards.
Once Human Moose City Factory Rift Anchor location
The Rift Anchor at the Moose City Factory is located at the coordinates 4196, 4958.
It is right outside the main entrance of the Mousse Factory. You can also find it’s icon on your map.
Once Human Moose City Factory Scenic Viewpoint location
The Scenic Viewpoint at the Moose City Factory is located at the coordinates 4319, 4986.
You can find it on the right side of the main road leading to the Moose City Factory POI.
Once Human Moose City Factory Mystical Crate location
Finally, the Mystical Crate is found within the same main Mousse Factory building where you found the third Gear Crate.
First, head to the coordinates 4182, 5002.
Once you arrive there, you will find a big ice formation blocking the path.
Similar to before, throw a Molotov to melt the ice and head inside.
Take the stairs leading to the basement and defeat all the enemies.
At the coordinates 4182, 5024, you will find the Mystical Crate.
Collect the Fragment: Snow Panther Set from the Mystical Crate to finally complete the settlement exploration.
