Looking for the answers to the LinkedIn Wend puzzle for September 9, 2026? If so, I’ve got you covered with this Wend answers hub page.
LinkedIn Wend is a tiling puzzle and word game where you connect adjacent letters to form hidden words of a set length, using every open letter tile, and using each letter exactly once across all four words.
To win, you must find the four words that usually have the following letter counts: 3, 4, 5, and 6 letters.
As easy as it sounds, solving Wend is challenging for many, and some days I find it hard too.
With that in mind, I created this hub page to share the answers for each day of Wend, or to offer hints or the full solution.
How to solve Wend
Start in the corners
A letter boxed in by walls only has one or two ways out. Play those first.
Follow the weird letters
A Q, X, or a cluster like “SCH” narrows things down fast; not many words fit.
Grab the 3-letter word first
It’s the easiest to guess, and locking it in shrinks the whole board.
Watch for stranded tiles
If skipping a letter would trap its neighbor with nowhere to go, that path is forced, even before you know the word.
Leave the 6-letter word for last
It’s usually just whatever tiles are left once the other three are placed.
Undo liberally
Test a path, see what it strands, back out if it’s wrong. Hint’s there if you’re really stuck.
