Similar to previous maps like Liberty Falls, Terminus Island, Citadelle des Morts, The Tomb, and Shattered Veil, the Reckoning map offers several side easter eggs that you can solve.
Among them, we have the Aether Blade easter egg.
Yes! The same Aether Blade that we had in MW3 Zombies. One hit kill, infinite throws, refills every five or so seconds.
In this easter egg, one of the steps involves finding and placing three different-sized paintings found all around the Reckoning map on a wall.
Many players don’t know about this easter egg. And those who do, they often try to do it, but don’t know where to find these paintings or where to place them.
So, I am here to help!
Where to place the paintings in the Reckoning map in Black Ops 6 Zombies
You can place the paintings on the wall in the T1 Director’s Office at the above marked location.
Make your way there, and look at the wall left of the Arsenal machine.
You will find three painting spots.
They are easy to spot, still I have marked them in the above screenshot.
You must place the paintings one at a time.
If you already have picked up a painting, you cannot pick another until you place it on the wall.
Once you place all three paintings, you can move to the next step of the easter egg, which is obtaining the Safe Key.
All 3 painting locations in the Reckoning map in Black Ops 6 Zombies
Here are all the painting locations in the Reckoning map:
Painting 1 location
The first painting is found at the above marked location, at the spawn, inside the T1 Project Janus Reception area.
The painting is right behind the door, as you can see in the above screenshot.
To open the door, you must restore the power and unlock the Pack-A-Punch machine.
Painting 2 location
The second painting is found at the above marked location in the T2 Android Assembly area.
Head there and look behind the caution sign. You will find it.
Painting 3 location
The third painting is located in the T2 Sublevel 10 area at the above-marked spot.
Head there and look near the construction lights? Well! Whatever you call them.
