Whether you are looking for the ON Convoy in Hell Is Us, the key to Vitalis’s home found opposite the Blacksmith building in the Village of Jova, or want to unlock the Blacksmith for upgrading your weapons and equipment, I’ve got you covered with this guide.
For players who don’t know, Victor Gaz is the apprentice of the Blacksmith of Jova, Vitalis, who is our MC’s father, whom he is looking for.
Once you reach the Village of Jova in the Acasa Marshes region, you will learn about an ON Outpost and that Vitalis left with an ON Convoy.
After you make your way to the ON Outpost, you learn about the ON Convoy’s route.
As for Victor, he is the NPC from whom you can upgrade your weapons, infuse Lymbic Powers, and such things.
In short, you need him to unlock weapon upgrades and, technically, leveling up as weapon and other equipment upgrades decides your character’s power.
With that said, here’s a detailed guide on how you can find Victor and the ON Convoy in Hell Is Us and get the key to Vitalis’s House to progress the main quest.
How to get Vitalis’s House Key in Hell Is Us
You can get Vitalis’s House Key, the one that you need for unlocking and accessing the house with an item on the balcony, by talking to Victor Gaz in the Maintenance Room of the Acasa Marshes tunnel.
Where to find the ON Convoy and Victor Gaz in Hell Is Us
You find the route of the ON Convoy on a map found on the table at the ON Outpost located in the area right of the Village of Jova.
Once you collect the map, you can see the ON Convoy’s exact location.
From the Village of Jova, follow the main road.
If you haven’t cleared the Acasa Marshes Timeloop found right after the bridge, check out my linked guide.
Back to the topic, stick to the road and keep moving.
At the end of the road, you will find another one leading to a tunnel.
Head inside and take out the enemies.
Defeat the one found near the Maintenance Room and then head inside.
There you will find Victor and RU.
Talk to Victor and exhaust his dialogue to get the Vitalis’s House Key and make him move to the Village of Jova.
Where is Vitalis’s House in Hell Is Us
Vitalis’s House is found opposite the Blacksmith building. From the entrance, head straight and take the first right.
After that, take and left and keep moving. You will find Vitalis’s House. It is the one with an item glowing on the balcony.
Interact with the door and use the key.
Doing so will unlock the door, and you will be able to explore the house and the basement.
For the basement picture puzzle and keypad code, check out my linked guide.
Note
After you solve the basement puzzle and collect the quest items, and get new leads, when you come out of Vitalis’s house, you will find Victor set up in the Blacksmith building. Then the game gives you a short tutorial on upgrades.
