While exploring the OMSIF military camp area in the Senedra Forest, where you find the Medkit for OMSIF-0451 to get the Ancient Mechanism quest item, you come across a lockbox.
It belongs to the Caddel Family, and it holds a Defensive Gear called the Bracelet of Ecstasy – Wanton Destruction.
While some players are able to find the Lockbox near the blue rocks, some start the Caddel Family Treasure Mystery but don’t know where to find the Lockbox or its keys, while some are just stuck at the keys part.
Seeing that, I prepared this walkthrough guide for the Caddel Family Treasure mystery in Hell Is Us, which also shares the location of the Lockbox and the Lockbox Key.
How to start the Caddel Family Treasure mystery in Hell Is Us
To start the Caddel Family Treasure mystery in Hell Is Us, from the OMSIF-0451 NPC location, take the path on the left side and follow it.
While you do that, make sure to stick to the left side, as you will find another path leading to a dead end with a pile of rocks that you can interact with.
When you interact with the pile of rocks, you get Note – Caddell Treasure Hint, starting the Caddell Family Treasure mystery quest.
Where to find the Senedra Forest Lockbox Key in Hell Is Us
To find the Lockbox Key, aka Treasure Chest Key, in Senedra Forest, take a left from the location where you found the note that triggers the Caddell Family Treasure mystery.
Stick to the path on the left side and keep moving.
Make sure to stay on the left side.
Once you arrive in the slight open area as you see in the above screenshot, take the slight elevated path as marked above.
The pile of rocks marked in the above screenshot is where you find the Treasure Chest Key.
Stay on the main path, and you will find an elevated path leading to the pile of rocks, as you can see in the above screenshot.
Take it and go near the edge, near the pile of rocks, and interact with it.
You will obtain the Key – Rusted.

You can use the Rusted Key to open the Treasure Chest located near the blue pile of rocks in the same area where you find the notes.
To reach its location, head to the campsite where you find the Medkit.
Take the path on the left side, as I have marked in the above screenshot.
You will eventually arrive at the edge that you see in the above screenshot.
Drop down.
Go near the Lockbox and interact with it.
Select the Key – Rusted from the Items list.
In the Lockbox, you find another note talking about the treasure in it, along with the actual treasure, which, as I mentioned earlier, is the Bracelet of Ecstasy – Wanton Destruction.
The Bracelet of Ecstasy – Wanton Destruction increases Damage Absorption, increases Endurance, and reduces Stamina Cost Reduction.
It also comes with a special effect that reduces the Stamina cost for all actions when you have low HP.
Once you collect the Bracelet of Ecstasy – Wanton Destruction, it completes the Caddell Family Treasure mystery.
You can equip the gear from your Loadout menu.
