As you explore the area near the giant obelisks in the Acasa Marshes, the second area in the game, you come across a gate with a stone door.
Near it, you find a pointed pillar-like structure that, when you strike it with your weapon, starts glowing.
You find these glowing pillar puzzles throughout the game, even in the fourth area, Lake Cynon, near the blue flower fields.

Hell Is Us Martial Linear Mystery location and how to solve it
The Martial Lineage mystery is located near the giant obelisks, and you can trigger it by striking any of the pillars with your weapon.
When you strike the stone pillar for the first time, it starts glowing, and a pop-up appears saying, ‘Martial Lineage – Mystery Discovered.’
To complete the Martial Lineage mystery, you must solve the glowing pillar puzzle.

To solve the glowing pillar puzzle found in the Acasa Marshes near the giant obelisks, you must hit the four pillars found in the area in the correct order.
The first pillar you must hit is the one on the left side of the stone door, as shown in the above screenshot.
The second pillar is on the right side of the first one, as you see in the above screenshot.
The third pillar is further right of the second one, as you see in the above screenshot.
After that, make your way to the pillar near the stone door.
Strike it with your weapon to solve the glowing pillar puzzle and unlock the door.
In case my instructions were not that clear, I have marked the correct order in which you must strike the pillars to solve the Martial Lineage puzzle in the above screenshot.
