Magic Crystal Flowers are gatherable items in Throne and Liberty, associated with many activities, primarily the Contracts that you take daily.
Completing these Contracts is a must, as you need the rare materials they provide along with the EXP, Contract Coins, and other rewards that help improve your character.
That said, while the game does offer help in finding the required Magic Crystal Flowers in the form of a search area and quest description, finding them is still challenging.
Mainly because of how inaccurate Throne and Liberty’s search areas are.

Where to find Magic Crystal Flowers in Throne and Liberty
In Throne and Liberty, you can find a ton of Magic Crystal Flowers near the Karabim Altar on Saurodoma Island.
Here is a map screenshot that shares the exact location of the Magic Flower Crystals:
To reach the Magic Crystal Flowers location, navigate to the geyser in the southern part of the island.
Here’s its exact location:
Once you are there, stand in the water and wait until the geyser throws you upwards.
After that, glide towards the upper level and make your way to the Karabim Altar.
You will find around six to seven Magic Crystal Flowers that keep respawning, though you need only one for completing the Contract.

How to reach Saurodoma Island in Throne and Liberty
There are two ways to reach Saurodoma Island in Throne and Liberty.
The first option is to swim to the island’s docks and then navigate to the Magic Crystal Flowers location.
Alternatively, if you want to activate the Saurodoma Island Waypoint, you can travel on the back of the Gigantrite to reach the Waypoint and the island.
