As you explore the Vyssa Hills, the third region in Hell Is Us, some players come across a Refugee Camp where they meet a few NPCs.
One of them talks about dropping her suitcase with an important medication that she needs.
On the other side, we have some players who come across an item called the Atenolol, which triggers a Good Deed called Death’s Door.
All of this is related and tied to the Good Samaritan, Even After, and Man of the People trophies.
The most important part is that, if you don’t find and give the medicine to the sick woman and progress Atticus Caddel’s quest, she dies, which means no more Platinum trophy.

How to start and complete Death’s Door good deed in Hell Is Us
To start the Death’s Door good deed in the game, you must find an item called Atenolol.
If you want to do it in a more, how the devs intended way, you must first head to the Refugee Camp and talk to the sick woman NPC.
She will tell you that she needs the medication that was in her suitcase that she dropped.
After that, you must find and pick up Atenolol.
As soon as you do that, you trigger the Death’s Door good deed.
After that, head back to the sick women at the Refugee Camp and use the Trade option to submit the Atenolol.
Doing so will complete the Death’s Door good deed.
Note
Make sure to deliver the medicine to the sick woman before giving the ON Truck Keys to Atticus Caddel.
Where to find Atenolol in Hell Is Us
To find Atenolol, from the Weeping Knight statue, take the path on the left side and follow the directions as I have marked in the above screenshot.
Once to reach the upper area, take a left.
Look on the right side of the giant serpent’s body.
You will find the suitcase with Atenolol.
Collect it.
Where to find the Vyssa Hills Refugee Camp in Hell Is Us
To reach the Refugee Camp, from the Atenolol’s location, head straight up and take the path on the right side.
Follow the path.
You will encounter a ladder. Take it.
Past that, you will find the Refugee Camp with the four NPCs.
