However, you will be able to min-max your build and experience the massive end-game to improve your damage numbers, collect legendary loot, unlock new passives, and so on.
What is the recommended level for the end game in Path of Exile 2?
The recommended level for the end game in Path of Exile 2 is character level 65.
Other than that, during the early access, you must complete the first three Acts on Cruel Difficulty to start the end game.
Once you do that, you can head to Vaal Ziggurat.
After arriving there, speak to the NPC named Doryani to unlock Atlas, which is the infinite end-game in Path of Exile 2.

The best way to level up your character fast in Path of Exile 2 is by simply completing the main campaign.
While clearing one of the two ascendancy trials available in early access, the Trial of the Sekhemas and the Trial of Chaos.
You can do the side quests and the optional bosses while you are doing the main quests to level up slightly faster.
But in the end, just completing the campaign will let you reach level 65.
That said, unlike games like Diablo 4, there will be no XP boosts or such things.
Even in early access, if you are just focusing on the three Acts and then complete them again in Cruel difficulty, you will be ready for the end game, as confirmed by developer Grinding Gear Games.
